Roves Farm has become well known for our seasonal events and interactive daily activities. Visitors can get up close to our many animals, both large and small, some of whom you can meet at the show. Come along to see our friendly sheep, Pygmy goats with their kids, Nanny goat with kid, lambs, weaner pigs and guinea pigs, rabbits and other small animals.
Back on the farm visitors can explore indoor & outdoor play, hop aboard a tractor trailer ride, meet & feed our animals, wash the tractor and so much more.
We also pride ourselves on producing our own top-quality beef, lamb, pork and goat which is exclusively sold through our on-site Farm Shop & Butchery.

9 sheep breeds on stage. Presented by our team in true Kiwi style. Sheep shearing and our unique ‘dancing sheep’. Fun and spectacular for all ages.
The team have been entertaining the public with their famous racing ferrets since the club was established in 1998. Ferret racing is fun, interactive and totally unique. It is one of those attractions that can be seen as a bit strange but has great potential and is very enjoyable for people of all ages.
